Position: Electrical Purchase Engineer/Executive

Location: Vadodara,Gujarat

Job Type- Contract

Experience: 1-3 years only

Education: Diploma/BE/B Tech in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering Compulsory

Responsibilities:

1. Source and procure electrical components, equipment, and materials required for projects and operations.
2. Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
3. Coordinate with internal departments to determine procurement needs and specifications.
4. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of purchases and supplies.
5. Resolve supplier issues, discrepancies, and delivery delays in a timely manner.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions.
7. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of electrical components, materials, and equipment.
2. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
3. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy in procurement processes.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/tools.
6. Knowledge of supply chain management principles is a plus.
