- Proficiency in documentingprocesses and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills
- Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in human resourcesmanagement or similar field
- Knowledge ofapplicant tracking systems
- Professionalcredential such as HR Certification Institute
