    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with hiring managers to identifystaffing needs and candidate selection criteria
    • Source applicants through online channels such asLinkedIn and other professional networks
    • Compile lists of mostsuitable candidates by assessingtheir CVs portfolios and references
    • Devise andimplement sourcing strategies
    • Form closerelationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations forcandidates and interviewers
    • Maintain recordsof all materials used for recruitment including interview notes andrelated paperwork to share with key stakeholders

    Required skills andqualifications

    • One tothree years of experience in a talent acquisition
    • Experience in fullcycle recruiting using variousinterview techniques and evaluation methods
    • Proficiency with social media CV databases andprofessional networks
    • Experience in usingLinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively sourcecandidates
    • Proficiency in documentingprocesses and keeping up with industry trends
    • Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills

    Preferredskills and qualifications

    • Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in human resourcesmanagement or similar field
    • Knowledge ofapplicant tracking systems
    • Professionalcredential such as HR Certification Institute
