    Description

    Role Description :

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst at LogicValley Technologies Pvt Ltd located in Chennai.

    The Business Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as analyzing and documenting business processes, gathering business requirements, communicating with stakeholders, and providing recommendations for business process improvements.

    Qualifications :

    Experience : 2 to 4 years as Business Analyst

    Notice period :
    Immediate or less than 15 days is preferable

    Responsibilities :


    Data Analysis:
    Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.


    • Elicit requirements - Uncover the underlying business issues that need to be addressed and discover any information related to the project.
    • Analyse the requirements - Organizing, specifying and modeling the requirements to ensure they are complete and unambiguous.
    • Ensuring that the documentation of the requirements is in a layout and format that can be easily shared with and understood by stakeholders.
    • Making sure that the requirements map to the business need being addressed, they are approved by all the appropriate stakeholders /Product owners / Managers and that they meet with relevant quality standards.

    Documentation:
    Prepare detailed reports, documents (BRD, FSD, User Stories) and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.


    • Communicate with different teams to articulate the user story, business and technical requirements and document it in the appropriate format/information required, also clarifying the team queries (Team player) skill is an advantage.
    • Participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation and Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and suggest process improvements.
    • Must have experience on grooming.

    Quality assurance:
    Assist in ensuring data accuracy and quality by performing data validation and integrity checks.

    Market Research:
    Research industry and market trends to provide valuable insights for decision- making.


    • Manage project through status meetings, weekly reports, identifying risks, and tracking issues.
    • Should be responsible and manage the project management/issue tracking tools such as "JIRA, DevOps etc.,
    • Build and maintain strong business relationships with all stakeholders and designated contacts, to share business system and domain knowledge.
    • Basic agile knowledge is needed.
