    Position: Salesforce CPQ BA

    Experience: 7+ years

    Work Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Pune/Chennai

    Notice Period: Immediate to 15days

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business, gather requirements, and oversee projects from beginning to end.
    • Document requirements. Develop and define project roadmaps. Write user stories.
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with focus on Salesforce CPQ implementation.
    • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ functionalities, including configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.
    • Strong understanding of sales and revenue process within the context of CPQ.
    • Facilitate business solutions. Manage Salesforce projects. Create and deliver business presentations.
    • Manage and analyse Salesforce implementations and Apply frameworks and methodology to Salesforce projects
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce CPQ implementation.
    • Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet business needs, ensuring the system aligns with company goals and objectives.
    • Hands-on pricing strategies, discounting rules, and product bundling within Salesforce CPQ.
    • Create and maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce CPQ configurations, processes, and workflows.
    • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce CPQ Specialist) are a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
