    Description

    About the Company: Srinidhi Investment Group, operating over a decade, is a boutique investment house which operates to invest in private credit and equity opportunities in small and mid-corporate of India. Company is operating an Alternative Investment Fund of Category II, a regulated fund under SEBI license and an NBFC (Investment Credit Company – ICC) regulated by RBI. Company is sector agnostic fund manager and managing an AUM of more than USD 100 million with structured credit approach towards Indian private equity.

    Job pre-requisites

    • Educational Qualification – Qualified or semi qualified ACS
    • Total Experience – 0 to 1 years of experience in Companies Act, FEMA and RBI compliances
    • Should have worked in corporate environment

    Job description

    • Filing, registering any document including forms, returns and applications by and on behalf of the company with all the applicable authorities;
    • Maintenance of secretarial records, statutory books and registers;
    • Arranging board/general meetings and preparing minutes thereof;
    • Advising on good governance practices and compliance of Corporate Governance norms as prescribed under various Corporate, Securities and Other Business Laws and regulations and guidelines made thereunder;
    • Advising companies on Compliance of legal and procedural aspects under NBFC and AIF regulations, Foreign Exchange Management Act, IPR Protection, Valuation and Audit;
    • Drafting and vetting all fund related and company agreements, MOUs and other legal documents;
    • Maintaining Statutory Registers and other Company records;
    • Liaising with ROC, Consultants and other external agencies;
    • Such other tasks as required by the Manager.

    Key Skills

    • Should have thorough knowledge of the Indian Foreign Exchange Management Act and the Indian Companies Act.
    • Should have basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel tools.
    • Should have fluency in English.
    • Should possess exceptional writing skills and attention to detail.
    • Should be willing to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Should be forthcoming to work on ad hoc projects as assigned by the Manager.
