Job Title:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Service Representative to join our team at Paradise Placement Consultancy.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation and minimal 0-6 months of experience in Sales & Service activities for Industrial products and Automation products. They will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting professional presentations and seminars for clients, achieving sales revenue and gross margin targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify market opportunities to generate new business
Conduct professional presentations and seminars for clients
Achieve sales revenue and gross margin targets
Provide customer support and resolve complaints in a timely manner
Service, repair, commissioning, and installation of electrical equipment, automation products, and industrial products at client sites
Fault finding and resolving issues with equipment

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation
Minimal 0-6 months of experience in Sales & Service activities for Industrial products and Automation products
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
