Role andResponsibilities:
The Sourcing/ClosingManager will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining astrong network with local brokers and channel partners/estateagents to promote our projects. Responsibilities include handlingsales inquiries conducting walkin presentations interacting withclients and channel partners addressing queries and complaintsmeeting targeted additions to the channel partner database managingregistration and certification formalities ensuring revenuegeneration from performing channel partners motivatingnonperforming ones participating in channelrelated events andmaintaining MIS records of sales achieved through channelpartners.
CandidateQualifications:
The ideal candidate shouldhave 3 to 7 years of sales experience in the real estate industry.A Bachelors degree is required for thisposition.
