    Job Description – CA Industrial Trainee (T&O Risk)

    Location – Mumbai

    What will you do:

    Outsourcing Risk assessment:

    In this role you will be responsible for the organisation and implementation of risk management and outsourcing function of DBS Bank India Limited, ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. This is a vital role in conducting risk assessments of outsourced functions, due diligence checks on service providers.

    • Outsourcing risk assessment and Third-party risk assessments programs and ensure remediation plans are comprehensively and timely concluded.
    • and conduct risk assessments, as well as implementing the risk management framework of the company in accordance with regulatory requirements for our sourcing arrangements.
    • an ongoing due diligence check on service providers, to ensure their suitability and compliance with standards.
    • that outsourcing arrangements and SDM activities are compliant and aligned with the company's policies / guides / standards.
    • a continuous monitoring program, whereby information flow is established across the lines of defence in the endeavour to minimize the effects of Outsourcing risk and Third-Party risk.

    T&O Risk assessment:

    A team member to build and drive the implementation of first line of defence to proactive manage operational risk within T&O.

    • supervise various process reviews and collaborate with units to ensure risk is mitigated in operational processes.
    • and supervise root cause analysis for risk incidents and events arising out of operational lapses / frauds/ application issues and process gaps.
    • thematic reviews to identify gaps and advise solutions to mitigate the gaps in operations.

    Qualifications: Students attempting CA Final in May 2025 are preferred.
