    Role Overview:


    As the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts specifically focused on leadership, corporate, and sales positions.

    You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet the talent needs of various departments, with a primary focus on leadership, corporate, and sales roles.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles for open positions.
    • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
    • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Manage the endtoend recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating employment offers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment strategies to continuously improve our talent acquisition processes.
    • Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of our hiring strategies and make recommendations for Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on leadership, corporate, and sales hiring.
    • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent for mid to seniorlevel positions.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
    • Experience working in [your industry/sector] is preferred but not required.
