- Build and maintain client relationships: Use your existing professional network to open conversations and explore opportunities across identified brands/categories.
- Build a business development team that has the capability and mindset to explore non personal network opportunities. Recruit bestinclass, multiskilled people for the BD team and create frameworks and SOPs for them to ensure that opportunities go from conversations to solutions & revenue mode in a time bound manner.
- Review client's monthly P&L statements, and analyse impact on account and agency profitability. Work closely with Finance team on contract and fees proposals.
- Work with multiple internal teams including strategy, design, communications, technology and more to create worldclass pitch and solutions decks for client under discussion.
