- Collaborate closely with interior designers to understand project requirements and design concepts.
- Create high-quality 3D renderings, visualizations, and animations of interior spaces using industry-standard software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, and SketchUp.
- Develop detailed 3D models of furniture, fixtures, and architectural elements to accurately represent design concepts.
- Apply lighting, textures, and materials to 3D models to achieve realistic visual effects and ambiance.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from clients, project managers, and design team members.
- Maintain an organized library of assets, textures, and materials for efficient project workflow.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in 3D visualization and interior design.
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualiser or similar role in the interior design or architecture industry.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, and SketchUp.
- Photoshop proficiency is a prerequisite for this role.
- Strong understanding of lighting, shading, and texturing techniques for achieving realistic visualizations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret design concepts and specifications.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work in 3D visualization and interior design projects.
- In depth understanding of luxury F&B, Hospitality projects and high-end residential projects
- International exposure or pedigree
