JobRoles andResponsibilities:

• Excellentcommunication skills in Englishlanguage
• GoodKnowledge of the Bankruptcy process and a basic understanding ofBankruptcyrelateddocuments.
• Strongunderstanding of Bankruptcy Reconciliation Ledger preparation Proofof Claim and Motion for Reliefprocesses.
• Review allthe required Foreclosure documents for filing motion for relief(MFR). Also should have a basic knowledge of all the processesunderBankruptcy.
• Review theborrower details to determine whether the borrower is falling underany stateregulated protections which in turn will influenceBankruptcy.
• Goodknowledge of reviewing Mortgage and Bankruptcyrelateddocuments.
• Ensure allassigned cases are worked in accordance with regulatoryinvestor/insurer and Trust Policy requirements andtimelines.
• Update anddocument all tracking systems including clear and accuratedocumentation of the accountsworked.
• Processingtasks as per the processguidelines.
• Meetingassigned productivity and qualitytargets.
• Adhering toSLAs andTATs.
• Interpersonalrelationships at work withpeers.
• Adhering toorganizationpolicies.
