    Job Overview

    We are hiring a Relationship Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the IT industry.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the IT industry
    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
    • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilites

    Identify New Sales Leads.

    Must Have Laptop ( Optional) And Own Vehicle

    Field Sales

    Prospect For New Clients By Networking.

    Cold Calling.

    Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.

    Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

    Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.

    Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals.

    Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.

    Participate in pricing the solution/service.

    Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.

    Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.

    Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.

    Manage multiple accounts simultaneously

    Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
