- Previous experience recruiting for engineering roles, including Civil, Piping& Process, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineers.
- Collaborate with senior management and HR leaders to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Identify current and future staffing needs and create comprehensive hiring plans accordingly.
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create compelling job descriptions and postings that attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and industry professionals.
- Review and screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and culture fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Guide hiring managers and interview panels on effective interview techniques and best practices.
- Ensure a consistent and fair selection process while evaluating candidates' performance and potential.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate employment terms when necessary.
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Develop and maintain the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create recruitment-related content and campaigns.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment rules & regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment legislation to ensure compliance.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Lead or in a similar role, with a successful track record in talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
