    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Previous experience recruiting for engineering roles, including Civil, Piping& Process, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineers.
    • Collaborate with senior management and HR leaders to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
    • Identify current and future staffing needs and create comprehensive hiring plans accordingly.
    • Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Create compelling job descriptions and postings that attract qualified candidates.
    • Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
    • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and industry professionals.
    • Review and screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
    • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and culture fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
    • Guide hiring managers and interview panels on effective interview techniques and best practices.
    • Ensure a consistent and fair selection process while evaluating candidates' performance and potential.
    • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate employment terms when necessary.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
    • Develop and maintain the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create recruitment-related content and campaigns.
    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
    • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and provide insights to stakeholders.
    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment rules & regulations.
    • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment legislation to ensure compliance.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proven experience as a Recruitment Lead or in a similar role, with a successful track record in talent acquisition.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
