- Making outbound calls to leads generated and qualifying leads generated for further in-depth counselling
- Follow accurately the journey of the lead per the defined process on the CRM system maintaining accurate and timely updates and documentation on the system
- Supporting the Area Manager with weekly reports pertaining to the activities undertaken
- Being accountable to stay up to date on all ongoing campaigns and events and advising leads on this.
- Join the promotional events organized in order to support and maximize the enrollment campaign.
