Roles and Responsibilities:

Work hands-on in providing any type of technical support to the client with the minimum turnaround time.

Ability to work independently during software execution both remotely as well as on-site. Candidate should be flexible to visit client site for short duration for the implementation of the software.

Provide training session to the client and its resources.

Conduct query session when required by the client or channel partner with minimum or no supervision.

Support sales team for the technical demo session for any new client/prospect.

Ability to turnaround on any issue faced by client in the minimum time possible.

Work independent on client site for the software execution.

Job Required

Good knowledge of SQL functionalities including installation, tools such as Anydesk, Zoom etc.

Any prior experience in Crystal reports will be a plus.

Candidates with their own laptops will be preferred
