    Product Management and Marketing Specialist

    This is a position with grade 14.

    This position reports to the Marketing Manager - Product.

    Your Role and Responsibilities

    In this role, you will implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned areas to meet business objectives. You will also support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products by showcasing your expertise.

    You will be mainly accountable for:

    • Implementing the product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
    • Achieving product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed.
    • Focusing on achievement of orders and driving continuous improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
    • Executing annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups.
    • Developing business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market.

    You will have:

    • Products Knowledge on LV switchgear, Certified switchgear, Thorough knowledge of 61439.
    • Market overall view of the switchboard.
    • Competitor benchmarking.
    • Working on marketing collaterals.
    • Good technical knowledge about LV switchgear and IEC 61439.
    • Knowledge how about the market and customer needs.

    Qualifications for the Role

    - B.tech/BE in electricals & electronics.

    - Minimum of 5-8 years of experience.

    - Knowledge of Low voltage switchgear market is must.

    - Handling or part of team who work on strategy on business or customer acquisition.

    - Eagerness to meet customer and drive the business strategy.

    - Willing to travel and meet new customer.
