Position: Account Assistant

Experience: 1 to 3 years in an accounting role within a manufacturing environment preferred.

Qualification: B.COM/M.COM

Salary: 20000 to 25000 depends on your interview performance & experience

Gender: Female/Male

Office time: 09:00 TO 06:00 (6 days week Sunday off)

Key Responsibilities:

TDS Management: Assist in calculating, deducting, and filing TDS returns accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with the IncomeTax Act.

Journal Entries : Prepare and record journal entries for day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring they are compliant with accounting principles

Purchase and Sales Entries: Manage and record all purchase and sales transactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Petty Cash Management: Handle petty cash transactions,

including disbursements and reconciliations, ensuring proper

documentation and approval.

GST Compliance: Assist in calculating, preparing, and filing GST

returns, ensuring compliance with GST regulations. Handle GST-

related queries and maintain records for GST audits.

Account Reconciliations: Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, suppliers, and customers to ensure accurate financial statements.
