    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive 'Boot Camp' training sessions for new sales employees, incorporating instructor-led sessions, live online sessions, and e-learning modules.
    • Assess skills and needs of sales staff, developing tailored training modules and schedules to meet their requirements.
    • Administer skills and competency testing to ensure sales staff reach required levels.
    • Deliver training on selling skills, soft skills, and technical product knowledge, emphasizing the importance of machine vision technology.
    • Monitor and track results of training sessions completed by sales staff, providing insights for improvement.
    • Regularly update training courses to reflect the latest Cognex product offerings and advancements.
    • Employ gamification and other creative methods to maintain engaging and interactive training sessions.
    • Integrate the Cognex Culture of Work Hard, Play Hard, Move Fast into all training initiatives, fostering an inclusive and dynamic work environment.

    Requirements:

    • Superior communication skills, including verbal, presentation, and written abilities.
    • High-energy presenter capable of maintaining audience engagement throughout training sessions.
    • Effective planning skills to schedule multiple course offerings for diverse roles within the sales organization.
    • Experience in industrial automation technologies (robots, machine vision, PLCs, HMI) is a plus.
    • Expertise in Windows Operating System, with experience in file handling and Windows interface required.
    • Domestic travel range: 25-30%.
    • Ability to create engaging, non-boring PowerPoint slides.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Technical degree or teaching degree and 5 years of relevant work experience.
    • Proven training and facilitation experience.
    • High-tech or manufacturing company experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of and experience with e-learning tools preferred.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
