As a part of our offshore digital solutions organization, this position is responsible for providing technical leadership to the team involved in design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Appian-based solutions.
The candidate will have following experience :
Minimum of 6 to 9 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Appian BPM.
Appian Level 3 certification preferred.
Extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Appian applications, including process models, user interfaces, integrations, and data objects.
Proficiency in Appian SAIL, Appian Process Modeler, Appian Designer, and other Appian development tools.
Strong understanding of BPMN, SOA, and other software engineering concepts.
Experience with relational databases, SQL, and web services.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work as Technical Project Lead to provide guidance to the development team across multiple workstreams
Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other team members to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Conduct code reviews and optimization to enhance application performance and maintainability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Work closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of Appian applications.
Ensure production issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Stay abreast of the latest Appian features, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and optimization.
Work closely with Maximus Onsite Architects, Delivery Leads for solutioning of new projects and creating work estimates.
Stay online and frequently collaborate with onsite stakeholders using Maximus MS Teams during 1st half of the day in EST.
