- Analyse the market potential and work towards generating the opportunities for new vertical launches and ensure brand business keeps on growing.
- Process online orders and lead the complete end to end operations from order fulfilment till the time payments are received.
- Deployment of digital marketing initiatives at the e-Commerce sites to ensure maximum leverage to the products. Ensure proper planning for profitability through e-commerce and drive for the delivery of the same.
- Ensure that product offerings are always available, manage inventory at optimal levels to prevent loss of business. Work upon promotional and product offerings to drive sales on the e-Commerce portals.
- Timely review the sales productivity, target delivery, margin delivery and performance with AHPL leadership.
- Analyse information pertaining to competitive products, prices & related terms and offer feedback to AHPL leadership for further planning.
- Work with marketing teams (internal & partners) to leverage the relationships to drive sales.
- Collections: Review receivables on a periodic basis and ensure timely collection of payments as per organization policies.
- Ability to build strong relationships with the e-Commerce and quick commerce players like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, JioMart, 1mg, PharmEasy etc.
- Capability to launch business on new ecommerce platforms and ensure DRR are successfully maintained.
- Monthly Promotional Planning.
- Product offering & new vertical planning. Competition mapping.
- JBP closures.
- Planning of offerings for e-Commerce led monthly events.
- MBA/PGDBM, with minimum 5-7 years of experience post MBA.
- Total 5 to 7 years either worked at Flipkart or Amazon or other online portal or have a minimum of 3-4 year working on brand side to grow the ecommerce channel.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Keen observer & fast learner. Hard working and ability to handle multiple products and task at a time.

Job Description:
As National Key Account Manager - ECommerce, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. We are looking for an individual with relevant experience in management of sales, and relationships with e-Commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, 1mg, PharmEasy etc particularly in FMCG/consumer health/OTC category in India. You will be responsible for spearheading productive, professional relationship management with the e-Commerce players and work closely with the AHPL Senior management in identifying new sales opportunities and facilitating strong sell-in & sell-out initiatives at the e-Commerce sites. We prefer individuals who are already based out of BANGALORE.

Mr. Himava Nath is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta and has over 25 years of extensive experience in the FMCG & Healthcare industry in India & South East Asia. He was the President & Business Head - India & South Asia for Strides Consumer Pvt. Ltd. Managing brands like Nixit, JointFlex, PediaCare etc. Previously he was the Chief Marketing Officer, Cipla Health, establishing the consumer healthcare business of Cipla with new brands like Nicotex, Cofsils etc. Before that he was Marketing Head - Novartis CH, managing teams in India and SE Asia, with brands like Otrivin, Voltaren, Calcium Sandoz & Timinic.
He started his career with Gillette where he launched innovative brands like Mach3 Turbo, Vector Plus, Gillette Shave Gel etc. Then he joined YUM Restaurants and was responsible for successfully launching KFC brand in India before moving to Heinz as the category lead for Heinz brands & Complan Innovation for India & South Asia.
He has a proven track record in delivering profitable growth through strategy development, strong brand building & commercial execution.
Mr. Nikhil Subramanian is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Management Accountant from the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts (UK) and has over 12 years of experience working with large MNCs, startups and promoter driven businesses where he has led FP&A, equity and debt fundraising, handled M&A transactions and post-merger integrations.
During his career he has worked with different types of businesses including Manufacturing , Software , Technology , Retail , F&B and Healthcare businesses and has driven data backed decision making for scaling the growth of these companies including implementation of strong systems , controls and processes.
