    We are currently seeking a dynamic and resultsorientedindividual to join our team as a Business Development Executive atour office located in Sector 5 Kolkata.

    The ideal candidate will beresponsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuingnew opportunities building relationships with potential clients andpromoting our range ofservices.

    Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify potential clients and businessopportunities through market research networking and leadgeneration activities.

    • Minimum2 years of experience in related field
    • Develop and maintain strongrelationships with prospects clients and key stakeholders.
    • Conduct presentations andproduct demonstrations to showcase our services and solutions toprospective clients.
    5.Understand client requirements and business challenges to positioneffectively our offerings and tailor solutions to meet their needs.

    • Collaborate with internalteams to develop customized proposals and quotations for clients.
    • Negotiate terms and agreementswith clients ensuring winwin outcomes for both parties.
    • Achieve sales targets andobjectives set by the company consistently striving for businessgrowth and expansion.
    • Stayupdated on industry trends competitor activities and marketdynamics to identify opportunities for innovation anddifferentiation. 10.Provide timely and accurate reports on salesactivities pipeline status and market feedback tomanagement.


    Qualifications:


    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.
    • Proven track record ofsuccess in sales or business development roles preferably in the ITor consultancy industry.
    • Strong understanding of business processes and solutions withknowledge of ERP systems like Zoho being a plus.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport andinfluence decisionmakers.
    • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a proactive approach toachieving targets and overcomingchallenges.
    6. Ability to workindependently and as part of a collaborative team with strongorganizational and time management skills.

    • Proficiency in MS Office Suiteand CRM software with the ability to learn new tools andtechnologies asneeded.
