- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporateset goals
- Retainment of employees and resolving all queries
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Developing specific plans/ sales strategies to ensure growth both long and shortterm
- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
- Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively
- Looking after and ensuring all payments are received timely from the customers
