    Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region and ensuring target achievement

    • Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporateset goals
    • Retainment of employees and resolving all queries
    • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
    • Developing specific plans/ sales strategies to ensure growth both long and shortterm
    • Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
    • Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
    • Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively
    • Looking after and ensuring all payments are received timely from the customers
