    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Mumbai, Goa, Guwahati. The Project Manager will be responsible for conducting an in-depth analysis, recognizing gaps in the IT ecosystem, and devising the best solutions to foster growth. Day-to-day tasks may include expediting projects, managing inspections, and overseeing logistics management.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in project management, expediting, and inspection
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
    • PMP certified

    Responsibilities

    • Meeting with the teams and ensuring the end Goal for delivering business propositions should be met.
    • The PM should take the MOM's and make GANT charts using the ITIL framework and PMP framework ensuring the timelines are met.
    • Delegate the tasks to the stake holders to ensure the business timelines are met with the client's expectations and we can match the client timelines.
    • Track project performance as per timelines, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short- and long-term projects.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients.
    • Continuously develop and learn.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Able to clearly communicate the expectations and Define roles and responsibilities within the groups ensuring there is absolute clarity in communication by doing extensive Minutes using the agile templates.
    • Participate in recruitments, orientation, and ongoing training for the team members.
    • To provide support for organization initiatives that have strategic, transverse and business knowledge.
    • Support in successful deployment of solutions approach & contribute to the teams Strategic Initiatives.
    • Analyze data to build and deploy customized programs aimed at improving customer satisfaction ensuring long term success and profitability.
    • Define Key Performance indicators and targets using benchmarking analysis to develop best in class methods.
    • Analyze emerging technologies in the PMP framework.
