    Position- Business Development Manager

    Shift – US Shift

    ( Remote)

    About The Role:

    At Ascendion, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, sales experience and a results-oriented mindset.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and research potential business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and new ways to reach existing markets.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's client base and increase revenue. Setting up meetings with US-based clients via calls and Emails.
    • Engage into discussions with senior executives, buyers, technology leaders to open opportunities and build a pipeline.
    • Work closely with US Sales counterparts to setup meetings for them, identify key decision makers and pursue new lead generation techniques.
    • Work closely with Marketing on email campaigns and other lead generation strategies to open client opportunities.
    • Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results to senior management. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, Computer Science or a related field. MBA preferred.
    • 5+ Years of proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets and deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
