Bayfield Food Ingredients aleading player in the food industry is seeking a dynamic andexperienced Finance Manager to join our team.

As the FinanceManager you will play a crucial role in driving financial strategymanaging budgets and ensuring the overall financial health of theorganization.

KeyResponsibilities:1. Financial Planning andAnalysis (FP&A) Develop and overseethe companys financial planning processes including budgetingforecasting and variance analysis. Provideinsightful analysis of financial performance to support strategicdecisionmaking. 2.


Budget Management:
Collaborate with department heads to create and manage annualbudgets. Monitor and control expenses toalign with budgetary constraints. 3.


FinancialReporting:
Prepare accurate and timelyfinancial reports including monthly quarterly and annualstatements. Ensure compliance withaccounting principles standards and regulations. 4.


Cash FlowManagement:
Manage cash flow by monitoringdaily transactions and ensuring optimal cashutilization. Implement strategies to improveworking capital efficiency. 5.


RiskManagement:
Identify and assess financialrisks and opportunities. Develop andimplement strategies to mitigate financial risks. 6.


Audit andCompliance:
Coordinate and manage internaland external audits. Ensure compliance withall relevant financial regulations and standards. 7.


TeamLeadership:
Lead and develop ahighperforming finance team. Foster aculture of continuous improvement and efficiency within the financedepartment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting orrelated field. MBA or CPA preferred. Provenexperience as a Finance Manager or similar role preferably in thefood industry. Strong understanding of financial principlesregulations and standards. Excellentanalytical and strategic thinking skills.
Proficient in financial software and ERPsystems. Exceptional leadership andcommunicationskills.
