JobDescription:

Weare looking for an Sr Manager/AGM for who would be responsible forthe Finance operations of the company. The candidate would beresponsible for ensuring correctness and completeness of books ofaccounts. He should have in depth knowledge of Accounting standardsIGAAP and disclosure requirements as per Companies Act. Thisposition will report to theCFO

KeyResponsibility:

Reviewof transactions at regular intervals and ensure basic hygiene ismaintainedin

followingareas:

• Sales
  
• Purchases
  
• CashPayments
  
• BankPayments
  
• JournalVouchers
  
• Payroll
  

Revenuerecognition and posting of necessaryentries.

Verificationand rectification of deficiencies of transaction Updation of:

• FixedAssetRegister
  
• Calculationof depreciation as per New Companiesact
  
• Postingof Depreciation entries in thebooks
  
• Physicalverification of Fixed Assets at regular intervals and reporting ofvariances
  

InternalControls

• Preparationof Budgets and Monitoring the actuals against Budget byimplementing Budgetarycontrols.
  
• AutomateFinance reporting and otheroperations.
  
• ImproveFinance process/team efficiency with adequate process andcontrols
  
• OPEXVendor & Customermanagement
  
• Financialreporting including Segmental reporting and product managementreporting
  
• Internalcontrols throughSOPs
  
• Periodicreview of Accounts Payables &Receivables
  
• InventoryManagement
  

Statutorycompliance:

• GSTMonthly filings reconciliations &payment
  
• TDSReview of workings payment on date andfilings
  
• ProfessionalTax ESI & PF Review of workings and payment ondate
  
• Audit& compliances including corporategovernance
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Suitablecandidate should be aQualifiedCharteredAccountant
  
• 810years workexperience in areputed audit firm/ Organization.
  
• ExperiencetowardsInternationalfinance.
  
• ExperiencetowardsFundraising.
  
• GoodKnowledge ofAccountingstandards Companies ACT IT Act &GST.
  
• Goodknowledge of MicrosoftExcel
  
• Knowledgeof Oracle/TallyAccounting orsimilarsoftware
  
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills are amust.
  

Qualifications: Suitable candidate should be a Qualified CharteredAccountant 8-10 years work experience in a reputed auditfirm/Organisation. Experience towards International finance.Experience towards Fundraising. Good Knowledge of Accountingstandards, Companies ACT, IT Act & GST. Good knowledge ofMicrosoft Excel Knowledge of Oracle/Tally Accounting or similarsoftware Excellent written and verbal communication skills are amust.
