    Job Description:

    This role involves 75% finance training and 25% finance and project management responsibilities. The finance training aspect includes delivering live sessions to finance professionals on ERP systems, developing process walkthroughs and training documentation, and troubleshooting trainee queries.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Finance Training (75%):
      • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for finance professionals on SAP and Business Central.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop tailored sessions.
      • Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees through various communication channels.
      • Evaluate participant progress and implement strategies to improve knowledge retention.
    • Finance & Project Management (25%):
      • Support financial closing processes and prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
      • Manage project timelines, milestones, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
      • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

    Requirements:

    • Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
    • Detailed knowledge of SAP FI module and related AP/AR functionalities.
    • Proven track record of delivering successful training programs.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Experience in project management or similar field.
