    Viridhi Techno Farms (VTF) is a dynamic and innovative company in the field of aquaculture and sustainable food production. We are committed to delivering high-quality farmed fish products to our B2B / B2C clients while promoting environmental stewardship.

    Role Overview:

    As the Retail Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our B2B & B2C sales verticals. Working closely with the Founder, you will drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the success of VTF.

    Responsibilities:

    B2B :

    • Execute sales strategies specifically targeting the B2B segment (HORECA, etc.) in Coimbatore.
    • Drive Sales revenues.

    B2C :

    • Execute sales strategies specifically targeting the B2C segment (Retail Chains, etc) in Coimbatore.
    • Drive Sales revenues

    Revenue Generation:

    • Achieve sales targets and consistently achieve or exceed them.
    • Create a robust sales pipeline and convert leads into successful deals.
    • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

    Customer Onboarding and Retention:

    • Onboard new clients efficiently.
    • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and encourage repeat orders.
    • Address any customer concerns promptly.

    Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
    • Use insights to refine sales approaches and stay ahead of the curve.

    Collaboration with Founder:

    • Work closely with the Founder to align sales goals with the company's vision.
    • Provide regular updates on sales progress and challenges.

    Geographic Expansion:

    • Expand VTF's presence in Coimbatore and nearby towns and cities.
    • Identify potential clients and establish VTF as a preferred supplier.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate with a focus on Marketing or Business Administration.
    • Experience: 5+ Years in Sales & Revenue Generation in the retail segment.

    Skills and Attributes:

    • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets.
    • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships.
    • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
    • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Willingness to work alongside the Founder to build a successful B2B & B2C vertical.
    • Effective Communication: Clear and persuasive communication skills.

    Compensation:
