    Manager - Human Resources


    Unifi Capital, one of India's leading Asset Management firms, is looking for a skilled HR Manager who will lead the HR function with a key focus on employee engagement, training programs, hiring, and interviewing.


    Responsibilities:

    • To develop and implement HR initiatives and systems.
    • Forecasting talent requirements and overseeing hiring.
    • Conceptualizing & driving Employee Engagement.
    • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
    • Analysing compensation policies; implementing rewards & recognition programs.
    • Ensuring compliance with Labour Regulations

    Skills & Abilities:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
    • Ability to work with an organisation (with about 150 employees) and handle tasks individually
    • Willing to work on a variety of projects and perform in multiple roles

    Qualification & Experience:
    Graduate / PG in HR from recognised Institutions. Proven track record as a HR Generalist, with at least 5+ years of experience.
