    Responsibilities include:

    Hardcore Operations of Accounts Receivables

    Setting objectives for the accounts receivable function that aligns with the accounting department's goals.

    Monitoring processing of invoices & collection

    Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reports.

    Organize records of invoices and deposits

    Ensure the team members follow the accounting principles.

    The candidate should be familiar with all accounting procedures and should be able to manage daily financial transactions end-to-end.

    Should be able to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire accounts receivable process.

    Requirements:

    3 to 5 years of work experience as an Accounts Receivable AM / DM / Manager

    Candidate should be a B Com / M Com / MBA finance / CA Inter / CA

    Start-up (B2B, D2C, Platform) experience would be preferable.

    Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.

    Excellent analytical skills and ability to create and present detailed reports.

    Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask.

    Ability to accurately process numerical data.

    Team management and interpersonal skills

    Problem-solving attitude

    Hands-on experience in Zoho Books and working knowledge of Zoho inventory.

    Experience in payment gateway reconciliation.

    Excellent M S office skills

    Stakeholders' management & should be able to talk at all sales/business org levels.

    Working knowledge of GST, TCS & TDS
