    Open Position : Area Business Manager (Sales)

    As an area business manager for IT peripherals, your role revolves around overseeing sales, marketing, and business development activities within a specific geographic area. Here's an outline of your responsibilities:

    As an Area Business Manager (Sales), for IT Peripherals you will be responsible for leading

    and managing sales operations within a designated geographical area. Your primary objective

    will be to drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and enhance market share for the

    company's products or services. providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure their

    success. Additionally, you will develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets,

    build strong customer relationships, and maximize profitability.

    Must Have Skills: Dealer Development , Dealer Appointment , Channel Sales ,Primary Sales ,

    B2B, IT Peripherals

    Experience: 1- 5 Years

    Key Responsibilities:

    1.Sales Leadership:

    Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and

    team targets.

    Set clear sales objectives, strategies, and action plans to drive revenue growth and

    market expansion.

    Monitor performance metrics, analyze sales data, and implement corrective actions as

    needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

    Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance

    team effectiveness and productivity.

    2.Market Development:

    Identify and evaluate market opportunities, trends, and competitive threats within the

    assigned area.

    Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets, acquire new customers,

    and expand the company's presence.

    Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors,

    retailers, and other channel partners.

    Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, product launches,

    and pricing strategies to drive sales growth.

    3.Customer Relationship Management:

    Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers to

    drive customer loyalty and retention.

    Understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points to tailor solutions and

    offerings that address their requirements effectively.

    Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally,

    ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

    4.Operational Excellence:

    Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and procedures to maintain operational

    efficiency and compliance.

    Optimize sales resources, territory coverage, and distribution channels to maximize

    sales opportunities and minimize costs.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, supply chain, and customer

    service, to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards to track sales progress,

    identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

    Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to stay abreast of

    industry dynamics and customer preferences.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
