    Job Summary:

    As a Food Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for driving the top and bottom line of the business. You will develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, build and maintain relationships with clients, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food and beverage industry
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
    • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients
    • Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with the sales team to ensure alignment with sales objectives and best practices
    • Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market
    • Collaborate with the culinary team to create client first solutions

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Proficiency in product development and menu planning
    • Strong knowledge of culinary trends, food pairings, and international cuisines
    • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, products, and regulations
