    Description

    Role Description

    This is a contract remote role for a ServiceNow Consultant. As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and customization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow projects. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in ServiceNow and provide efficient business solutions to our clients.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and customization
    • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices
    • Excellent understanding of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Asset Management
    • Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS) and workflow customization
    • Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and perform ServiceNow platform administration tasks
    • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
    • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
