    The Zonal Head will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our supply chain finance portfolio within the assigned region.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, supply chain finance, and exceptional leadership skills to effectively manage and expand the operations.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Team Management:

    • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the supply chain finance team within the assigned zone.
    • Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture to achieve business objectives.

    Portfolio Growth:

    • Develop and implement strategies to expand the supply chain finance portfolio in alignment with the bank's overall business goals.
    • Identify opportunities for new client acquisition and nurture existing relationships.

    Risk Management:

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    • Implement robust risk management practices to mitigate potential financial and operational risks.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, understanding their supply chain finance needs and delivering customized solutions.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for highvalue client engagements.

    Market Intelligence:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform decisionmaking and maintain a competitive edge.

    Performance Metrics:

    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of supply chain finance initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
