Satma CE is a Mumbai-based SaaS company that provides operational software for traceability of circular supply chains using day-to-day operational data. We have developed a circular economy protocol that serves all participants of the circular supply chain, providing visibility and control of the remote, hidden parts of the supply chain with verified transactional data.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Implementation Specialist at Satma CE. As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and understanding customer requirements, configuring and implementing the Satma CE software, troubleshooting any issues that arise, providing functional support to customers, and ensuring successful software implementation. You will be creating POC and reports for customers and responsible for online and offline support.
