Job Responsibilities
Should have thorough knowledge of Accounting & Taxation
Can act as Team Leader and to report to CFO / Accounts Head & Directors
Accounts:
1. Daily checking of vouchers entered by Junior Accountant
2. Daily checking of Bank Reconciliation
3. To maintain stock on monthly basis with books
4. To make online Bank Payment to vendors
5. To maintain correct receivables and to send correct Receivables Report to Management
6. Has to reconcile the Inter Company / Branch Ledgers
7. Has to reconcile ledgers with Payables
8. To get maintained bookkeeping from accounts team
Taxation:
1. Proper knowledge of current TDS & TCS & GST knowledge
2. To pass an entry of TDS deduction & TCS collection in books
3. To make TDS & TCS Payment on monthly basis and file TDS & TCS Return online
4. To file GSTR -1 & 3B on monthly basis on his own before reconciling GST Output & Input i.e. GSTR 2A / 2B with the books
Banking:
1. Monthly Bank Reports - Stock
2. Preparation of documents related Bank Renewal
3. Quarterly Report to Bank
Imports:
1. Import Documentation & filing of Document with Banks & CHA
2. Import Letter of Credit opening and timely payment of dues
General:
1. To prepare Monthly P & L and submit it to Management
2. To prepare Half Yearly & Yearly Balance Sheet
3. To ensure statutory compliance
