Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Location: Plot No. F-27, MIDC, Ranjangaon, Taluka- Shirur, Pune, India,

Job Summary:

• Design and develop modern web and mobile application
• Develop robust solutions with consideration to security, performance, internationalization, and browser-compatibility.
• Use the business process requirements to drive the detailed design of the application and technical architecture components.
• Work with product owners, architects, and designers to make sure that the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals.
• Lead the junior developers
• Conduct code reviews
• Promote best practices in software engineering to the development team
• Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve issues and risks affecting the delivery.
• Collaborate on DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment across environments

Essential Functions:

• Experienced in designing and developing cloud-based applications and hybrid mobile applications
• Adept in JavaScript and Python programming languages
• Familiar with basic web development using HTML, CSS, Material UI, Bootstrap
• Strong capability with Web and Hybrid Development Frameworks such ReactJS and React Native
• Proficient with major Back End technologies such as REST API, Node.JS, Flask, FastAPI
• Skilled in working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experienced with containers and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with micro-service architecture
• Experienced at reviewing for clean, maintainable and well-documented source code
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles (OOP) including principles such as SOLID
• Comfortable working in an Agile team employing a scaled form of Scrum
• Familiar with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
• At least 5 years' experience in full stack development framework
• Ability to gain an understanding of customer processes and issues
• Ability to work in teams and individually when needed
• Ability to demonstrate excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form

• The candidate will be required to present data and concepts to internal and external stakeholders regularly. Therefore, they must possess excellent presentation and communication skills, and be comfortable with public speaking.
• The candidate must demonstrate excellent project management and organizational skills required to develop detailed project timelines with key milestones and deliverables
• The candidate must be collaborative and work effectively across cross-functional teams to drive projects from lab-to-commercial scale.
• The ideal candidate is an independent thinker and self-motivated to address technical challenges.
