As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier candidates for various positions within our company. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment to further develop their skills and contribute to the growth of a thriving e-commerce fashion brand. The position is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India and is a full-time role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate recruitment
    • Proven track record of successfully hiring candidates for various roles
    • Strong understanding of the fashion industry and its recruitment practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
    • Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
    • Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
    • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer negotiations
