• CA Qualification preference
• 7+ Years of work experience in public accounting and/or industry dealing with SOX Key Control testing
• Strong understanding of professional audit standards, SOX, and risk assessment practices
• Maintain knowledge of current accounting and auditing practices through continuing professional education

• Develop and manage annual and multiyear budgets that are adequate for the organization's needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts.
• Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed
• Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested
• Assist in preparing yearend books for audit
• Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities
• Manage vendor payments and requests
• Manage employee reimbursements.
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts as assigned
• Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule, Month end closure process (Revenue, Expenditures, Cash Flow, Debtors Ageing Rep.
• Process payroll with labour compliances (PF, ESIC, TDS & PT etc) and report payroll taxes for the organization and manage Day to day Financial operations.
