    Description

    Title: Senior UX Designer

    Location: Goa

    Responsibilities:

    1. Lead and manage the product design team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality design output.
    2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize design goals and objectives.
    3. Drive the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and user testing, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
    4. Champion best practices in UX design and stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design process and deliverables.
    5. Advocate for the user by conducting user research, gathering feedback, and translating insights into actionable design recommendations.
    6. Ensure consistency and coherence across all product touchpoints by establishing and maintaining design systems, patterns, and guidelines.
    7. Collaborate with the development team to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions, providing guidance and support as needed.
    8. Contribute to the growth and development of the design team by fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
    9. Effectively communicate design concepts, rationale, and decisions to stakeholders, gaining buy-in and alignment throughout the design process.

    Requirements:

    1. 7-10 years of experience in UX/UI design with a proven track record of managing and leading design teams.
    2. Expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies, with hands-on experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and interaction design.
    3. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
    4. Strong knowledge of the latest design technologies, trends, and best practices, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
    5. HFI (Human Factors International) or HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) certification preferred.
    6. Experience in the gaming domain is a plus, with a deep understanding of gaming user behaviors, preferences, and trends.
    7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    8. Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members.
    9. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred.
    10. Prior experience in Real money gaming preferred.
    11. Knowledge of Card Games (Poker) will be a plus.
