    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and expanding strategic alliances with fintech companies, NBFCs, digital payment platforms, and insurance players.

    ">Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored for BFSI and fintech segments to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and onboard fintech firms, NBFCs, digital lenders, insurance aggregators, and neo-banks as distribution partners for extended warranty products.
    • Collaborate with the product team to tailor extended warranty offerings and pricing for BFSI partners' customer bases and platforms.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you should have:

    • Graduate in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
    • Minimum 3 years in business development, strategic partnerships, with same / similar target clients
    • Proven track record in BFSI/fintech ecosystem, preferably in selling financial services, digital insurance or embedded protection plans.
    • Strong understanding of the consumer electronics, home appliance, or consumer durable industry is a plus.
    • Familiarity with extended warranty or after-sales protection products is desired
    • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Comfort working with CRM tools and sales dashboards.
