    Description

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate/Professor of Practice to join our growing team of the School of Management at BMU.

    This role is pivotal in preparing our students to be market-ready and excel in their placements.

    The ideal candidate will have a robust background in business management, exceptional skills in corporate relations and partnerships, and a proven track record in providing placements training, mentoring, and coaching students and young professionals.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Training:
    Teach and develop training program focusing on soft skills, effective communication, and job-interviews ensuring alignment with current industry standards and practices

    Guidance and Mentoring:
    Provide one-on-one guidance, mentoring, and coaching to students to enhance their professional development and readiness for the job market

    Placements Committee:
    Act as the mentor for the Student Placements Committee, advising on strategies to improve placement Placement Department:

    Work closely with the university's Placement Department to align efforts and maximize placement success for students

    Engagement:
    Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders to facilitate networking opportunities for students and to keep curriculum relevant.

    Role Requirements:
    Background: Any Graduate/Post-graduate, preferably with an MBA.Minimum of 10+ years' relevant experience. Experience managing campus placement activities in a reputed university or ed-tech companies is desirable.
    Exceptional presentation, communication, negotiation skills, and advanced MS Office skills.
