- After resume submission by the Recruiter Technical Screening Specialist has to screen candidates technically before client interviews.
- Able to judge the resumes/candidates whether suitable for the requirement.
- During the technical screening process. Able to evaluate the candidates technical knowledge and skills. Can do this through technical assessments or by discussing their past experiences in detail.
- Identify the things like consultants who have a solid understanding of fundamental concepts in their field, such as programming languages, data structures, algorithms, networking, databases, etc.
- Must be Experienced with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Communication, Technical and Screening.
- Customize screening questions based on the specific requirements of each job role, including the technologies, programming languages, frameworks, and software engineering practices involved.
- Atlease 7 Years of IT Experience. (Either as developer or Trainer)
- Good Technical knowledge in multiple IT Technolgoies
- Previous experience in technical evaluation/Training or familiarity with best practices for assessing technical skills are plus to have.
