TheRole
In this role we are lookingfor discoveryfocused RD professionals. You will be responsible for:
Conducting thorough research and executingprojects in plantbased/fungibased/algaebased materials withtargeted nutritional properties.
Designing andconducting experiments for bioprocessing of microbial protein andcultivated plantbased food.
Investigatingprocessing techniques to optimize sensory properties andnutritional profiles of food products.
Collaborating with teams partners and institutions to integrateemerging technologies.
Ensuring compliance withsafety regulations and conducting riskassessments.
Planning and executing experimentsin alternative protein space.
IdealProfile
You possess a Masters orPh.D. in Molecular Biology Bioengineering Food Science or a relatedfield and have at least 2 years of experience as a Research Analystor similar roles.
You have a solid background incellular/tissue engineering and productdevelopment.
Experience with proteins/enzymesand novelty food processing would beadvantageous.
You are a discoveryfocussed RDprofessional with a zeal to contribute to noveldiscoveries.
You possess excellent communicationabilities and have strong analytical and problemsolvingskills.
You are willing torelocate.
