Description

• The concerned person would take care of structuring all the leasing proposals to be sourced & should be adept at analyzing financial data to evaluate risk.
• Should be thorough in terms of Assessing creditworthiness of companies, and institutions.
• Should have experience of handling Receivable MIS & preparing reports based on delay in terms of repayment from clients.
• Ability to do Collection follow up with clients for pending payments beyond set timelines.
• Experience in Portfolio Management to ensure that portfolio behaviour as per laid down norms.
• Qualification-Min. Graduate with experience of around 3-5 years in preparation of Credit Memo & appraisal of Credit Risk especially for corporate clientele from preferably NBFC's. MBA's/CA's with lesser experience can also be looked at subject to them satisfying the above conditions.
• The proposed candidate should be conversant with underwriting of leasing proposals related to Equipment & machinery loans in the Corporate/SME lending space. He/She should also have 1st-hand experience of preparing structuring of Lease proposals as well as working on Credit assessment Templates.
• Ability to handle Commercial role like monthly billing etc. is also part of the candidate's job.
• Needs knowledge in terms of drafting & preparation of Lease Agreements/Contracts as well as maintain proper records of the same.
• Should be adept in working on MS-Office espl Excel & PPT. Experience of working in ERP module would be an added advantage.
• Though NBFC/Banks are our 1st preference but if you're able to get candidates from Rental/Leasing companies like OPC, Rentworkz matching the parameters mentioned above it is also OK.
