    Job Description:

    As a Client Success Manager/Account Manager, you will be responsible for executing projects and ensuring day-to-day delivery of services to clients under the Growth Track. You will lead a team through various middle-level managers/Team Leads and provide active consultation to clients regarding challenges they face in online/offline strategies. Your role involves driving traffic, increasing conversion rates, boosting average order size, and enhancing visitor loyalty.

    Responsibilities:

    • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, guiding teams to achieve client objectives.
    • Identifying opportunities for account growth with existing clients.
    • Managing all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance with client deliverables.
    • Collaborating with planning and creative teams to develop and execute online/offline strategies.
    • Overseeing program execution and financial performance while ensuring strategic alignment.
    • Managing projects to meet Cost, Quality, and Timing targets.
    • Compiling and analysing search data and metrics to make informed decisions on campaign direction.
    • Demonstrating basic knowledge of SEM, SEO, Website Development, Social Media & Content.
    • Maintaining schedule performance index and cost performance index.
    • Following up with cross-functional departments to adhere strictly to time and action calendars.
    • Ensuring quality checks are performed from project initiation to completion.
    • Providing comprehensive training to team members and offering regular mentorship and guidance.

    Job Requirements:

    • Prior work experience in Client Servicing/Account Management roles.
    • Ability to effectively and efficiently manage a large team.
    • Strong awareness of Google Algorithm Updates.
    • Capability to specify technical changes to technical/development teams.
    • Excellent communication skills.
