- Brand Building: Develop and implement cost effective and comprehensive branding strategies and innovative marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs and preferences of our audience, utilizing both traditional and digital channels.
- Below-the-Line (BTL) Activities: Plan and execute BTL activities such as events, roadshows, demos and community outreach programs to create direct engagement opportunities with farmers
- Lead Generation: Drive lead generation through various channels, including telecalling, field activities, demo plots, social media, referral programs and partnerships with local influencers
- Telecalling: Manage a team of locally based telecallers to effectively reach out to potential customers, gather insights, and qualify leads for further engagement.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for product/service enhancement.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including KVKs, agricultural cooperatives, government agencies, NGOs, and industry associations in the activity clusters
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of demand generation activities, lead quality across channels, lead funnel, etc
