Job Title: Day Care Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Day Care Teacher to join our team at Edumeta - The I-School.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching young children, with a focus on creating a nurturing and engaging environment. They will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and creativity, ensuring that each child feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with other teachers to share best practices and ideas.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

• A higher secondary education or equivalent qualification.
• Vocational course or advanced/Higher Diploma in early childhood education is desirable.
• B.A or B.Com degree may be considered with relevant teaching experience.
• B.Ed qualification is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of child development principles and theories.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Patient and creative approach to teaching.
