    We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

    The successful candidate will have a proven track record in improving factory performance, SCM, and fermentation processes. Experience in managing large teams and complex operations is also required.
